Service Agreement
By requesting Dumpster Rental you accept these terms and agree to provide accurate project information.
Rental Duration
Standard terms include seven-day rentals with extensions available at published rates.
Weight Limits
Each container size carries a defined weight allowance; excess fees apply.
Prohibited Items
Hazardous materials are banned and subject to removal fees if discovered.
Site Access
Customers must ensure safe vehicle access for delivery and removal of dumpsters.
Permits
Customers obtain required permits or authorize Dumpster Rental Detroit to secure them.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon delivery unless prior credit arrangements are made.
Cancellation
Cancellations within 24 hours incur no fee; later cancellations may be charged.
Liability
Dumpster Rental Detroit is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes are handled through Michigan courts under these terms.
Amendments
Dumpster Rental Detroit may update terms with notice on the website.
